Trejo Family Vacation

Nate had to stay behind for school so Devon drove with me up to California. I had gotten about 3 hours of sleep the night before and I had to wake my kids up to go, so once we really started driving all 3 of us passed out in the back. Poor Devon probably had the most boring ride ever, we all slept most of the way up. Thanks Devon!

Nate flew in on Monday night and on Tuesday morning we went to Disneyland. On Wednesday night I was trying to put pictures on Devons computer and I deleted all my pictures ( curse Mac computers!). So whatever picture I took in this picture I do not have. Luckily Becky and Devon shared there pictures with me so I have some of Disneyland and the beach earlier that week.

I think Nate got into the game more than Hudson. The Buzz Lightyear ride is by far the best ride there. Hudson loves it!

By the way if you want to lose 5 pounds go to Disneyland on the hottest day and wear long jeans and a black t-shirt! It was so hot!

We all went except for my mom and dad and they watched Lucy for me for 12 hours. It was my first time leaving her for that long. I freaked out in the beginning and was calling but then we had so much fun, I completely forgot to call. Jenny and Tim didn't go either because they flew in that night.

It was so crazy when a character would walk out. Minnie had walked out with Goofy so we booked it to Goofy so Hudson would have a chance of taking a picture with him.

In the afternoon Hudson got so tired and just passed out.

This is when we waited for the Pixar Parade/Block Party. We staked out for like an hour to get a good spot. The dumb people behind us let there kids come up and take our spot (hence the kid in the blue hat).

Miss Princess Andie at the beach. It was so funny to see her walk to the beach. She would be carrying a purse in one hand and a doll in the other. She would stop every 10 feet to adjust her glasses and her purse.

I got Devon to read Confessions of a Shopaholic! (I know you are addicted now. Are you ready for #2?)

You can't lose us at the beach, just look for the 15 beach chairs lined up with the 3 tents and 2 umbrellas and the 9 screaming grandkids!

This was at the hotel. I completely forgot they had a playground area until the last day. So Nate and I took Hudson and Crew to go play.

Crew kept saying, "Take a picture."
So here it is Crew.

The miniature golf area at the hotel. Nate tried teaching Hudson how to do it but Hudson just wanted to kick everyone elses ball around.

It was also Jenny's birthday while we were there. My mom bought this tiny 6 inch cake for her and there were like 20 people there. So all the kids ate the cake.

I think these are when we went to the beach at night and had smores or when we went and had hobo dinners. Hudson loves the sand and will just stick his face in the sand and then cover himself with sand.
